"You offer so much more than hunting opportunities-you offer memories for a life time!"Skip Erickson.
Trophy Hunting:
Baobab is one of the most beautiful and best hunting ranches you will find in Namibia. Trophy hunting is offered on Baobab and since 2001 is purely a game farm. The 6.000 ha farm does not have interior fencing but a boundary fence. Freerange within a game enclosed area!No cattle fence within the area. All game species offered for hunting were born and bred on the farm.We do not believe in "put and take" hunting nor in "canned" hunting. We are proud to uphold the tradition of ethical and free-chase hunting!

Most of the trophies we shot on Baobab were gold medal trophies. The landscape is breath taking. Open savannah, dry rivers, Huge Maroela trees, and many a Palm-like landscape. A paradise for Greater Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Zebra,
Hardebeest, Blessbok, Warthog, Steenbok, Duiker, Damara Dik-Dik, and the Jackal.
Hunting in Africa is a lot different from hunting in Europe, the USA or other countries. No other continent has such a variety of different game animals from the tiny Damara Dik-Dik to the gigantic Elephant.
Every stalk becomes an unforgettable experience because of the incredible diversity of the flora and fauna.
With the knowledge of the bush and the skills of the bushmen, our professional hunters will familiarize European and American hunters with African wildlife.
Dedication, Sustainable hunting, fair chase and good hunting ethics provide the basis for hunting on Baobab. The Professional hunters will guide you on your hunt with expert advice and sensitivity, offering each client the best chances of success, resulting in outstanding trophies.
Our experienced Professional Hunter (rifle and bow) will make the hunting safari an unforgettable experience. Safaris are custom made to fit each and every client's dream of their Africa Safari!
Hunting takes place from hides and on stalking walks according to the hunter’s preference. Since emphasis is put on exclusivity and individual service, we only accept a maximum of 4 hunters per stay (2 x 2 : 1). Trophies are cleaned on Baobab and then taken to the taxidermist or a forwarding agent of the guest’s choice.
